This beautiful handmade Persian Nain carpet features an elegant central medallion surrounded by finely drawn flowering vines, palmettes and scrolling leaves across a distinctive soft green field. An ivory floral border frames the design and gives the carpet a refined, balanced appearance.

The colour palette includes soft green, sage, olive, ivory, cream, navy blue, royal blue, pale blue, turquoise, beige, taupe, light brown, burgundy and small rust-red accents.

Hand knotted from fine wool with silk highlights on a cotton foundation, the carpet has attractive definition, a gentle lustre and durable construction. It is in good condition with good pile, has been professionally hand washed and is ready for immediate use.
