Rug Origin - A good Persian runner with a design unique to the town of Heriz. This is a village weaving with many tribal elements in the field between the medallions.
Note the beautifully drawn ivory border with an all over star design. The runner has very nice colours that give it a warmth and lived with feeling.
The runner is in great condition with light wear and deep piles.
The runner has a change of colour(abrash) to the field which adds to the attraction of the runner.
Hand washed and is ready for use. The runner is suitable for heavy domestic use.
