This attractive vintage handmade Persian Qashqai rug features a traditional triple-medallion design surrounded by numerous small tribal motifs, including stylised flowers, animals and geometric symbols across a warm coral-red field.
The rug has a beautifully aged colour palette including coral red, terracotta, brick red, deep brown, black, ivory, cream, navy blue, pale blue, turquoise, olive green, mustard yellow, soft pink and muted orange accents. Its old natural colours give the rug warmth, character and an appealing traditional appearance.
Hand knotted from fine lamb’s wool using natural dyes, the rug has a durable tribal construction and an attractive low pile. Approximately 50–60 years old, it remains in excellent vintage condition.
The rug has been professionally hand washed and is ready for immediate use or display. Its size and strong construction make it suitable for a living room, bedroom, study, entrance hall or dining area.
