This fine handmade Persian Nain carpet features an elegant central medallion surrounded by finely drawn floral vines and palmettes across a rich deep navy field.

The carpet has a beautifully balanced colour palette including deep navy blue, ivory, cream, pale blue, powder blue, beige, taupe, soft grey, muted gold, light brown, burgundy and small rust-red accents. A broad ivory floral border frames the design beautifully and creates an elegant contrast with the dark central field.

Hand knotted from fine wool with delicate silk highlights on a cotton foundation, the carpet has a refined weave, good pile and durable construction. It is in great condition, has been professionally hand washed and is ready for immediate use.
