This attractive handmade Persian Karajeh runner features a traditional sequence of geometric medallions and small village motifs arranged across a warm red field.
The colour palette includes red, burgundy, deep navy blue, ivory, cream, muted pink, charcoal, dark brown, olive green, soft grey and small light-blue accents. The strong geometric drawing and contrasting ivory details give the runner an appealing traditional character.
Hand knotted from very fine hand-spun wool on a cotton foundation, the runner has a durable construction and good pile. It is in great condition, has been professionally hand washed and is ready for immediate use.
