A characterful vintage Persian Mahal rug, handmade in 100% wool and coloured with traditional natural dyes. Approximately 60–70 years old, it features a rich red ground with a classic central medallion and bold floral decoration.

The rug has a good pile and is in good overall vintage condition. The background shows attractive abrash, with natural variations and changes in colour created during the traditional dyeing and weaving process, adding to the rug’s individuality and authentic character.
