A striking vintage Persian Shiraz rug, hand-knotted in 100% wool and coloured with natural dyes. This traditional tribal carpet features a rich red field decorated with a series of bold geometric diamond medallions, stylised tree and floral motifs, and distinctive geometric borders in ivory, navy, brown and muted blue.

Approximately 40–50 years old, the rug is in excellent condition with a very good pile. The natural dyes give the colours an attractive depth and character that complements the traditional Shiraz tribal design.

It has been professionally washed and cleaned and is ready for immediate use. Its long rectangular proportions make it particularly suitable for a hallway, entrance area, living room, dining space or beside a large table, and it works beautifully with both modern and traditional interiors.
